Graduation Rate On the Rise

This is an increase of almost 5% from last year (+4.832%). Lamar County’s High School graduation rate is 7.36% higher than the state average, and it continues to be one of the highest in our area. 

Success with our graduation rate can be directly attributed to caring and committed Lamar County staff, teachers, administrators, and school board members; students who strive to attain their goals, and a community that values the importance of public education.
